Our Practice is a mixed billing practice.
Billing change as of 1st July 2022
We bulk bill children under 16 with valid Medicare cards and adults over the age of 65 with valid healthcare card during the weekdays between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
There will be no discounts for concession card holders after 5pm on weekdays and on saturday as of JULY 1ST 2022.
SATURDAY: There will be no bulk billing for ALL ages. Patients with valid healthcare card or valid medicare card will get their rebates from medicare after their consultation
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: All bookings will be private billing after 5:00pm. Patients with a valid healthcare card or medicare card will get their rebate from medicare after their consultation.
All patients that hold a Valid Health Care Card will not be Bulk Billed and will be charged the following discounted private fees on weekdays before 5pm:
Standard Consultation, up to 15 minutes:
$69.10 - Medicare Rebate $39.10 = Out of Pocket $30 Monday – Friday
$74.10 - Medicare Rebate $39.10 = Out of Pocket $35 Saturdays Will not continue after JULY 1ST 2022
Long Consultation, up to 30 minutes:
$125.75 - Medicare Rebate $75.75 = Out of Pocket $50 Monday – Friday
$130.75 - Medicare Rebate $75.75 = Out of Pocket $55 Saturdays Will not continue after JULY 1ST 2022
Extra long Consultation > 30 minutes:
$181.50 - Medicare Rebate $111.50 = Out of Pocket $70 Monday – Friday
$186.50 - Medicare Rebate $111.50 = Out of Pocket $75 Saturdays Will not continue after JULY 1ST 2022
All patients that do not hold a valid Health Care Card but hold a Valid Medicare Card will be charged the following:
Standard Consultation, up to 15 minutes:
$89.10 - Medicare Rebate $39.10 Monday to Friday
Out of pocket cost $50.00
$99.10 - Medicare Rebate $39.10 Saturday
Out of pocket cost $60.00
Long Consultation, up to 30 minutes:
$145.75 - Medicare Rebate $75.75 Monday to Friday
Out of pocket cost $70.00
$155.75 - Medicare Rebate $75.75 Saturday
Out of pocket cost $80.00
Extra Long Consultation > 30 minutes:
$201.50 - Medicare Rebate $111.50 Monday to Friday
Out of pocket cost $90.00

If unable to attend your appointment, kindly inform the reception staff by phone or in person no less than 1 hours before your booked appointment. If your appointment is the first for that day (i.e. 9:00am), leaving a message or email before the hour mark will stop any fees being charged.
Failure to do so will be counted as a NO SHOW which attracts a penalty fee of $25.00.
This applies to all clients/patients.
